I am a professional website designer / developer with over 30 years of experience in information technology. My name is Webster (Web) Wheeler, and I am located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

I have many website development resources to offer you, which will give your company an outstanding presence in both the marketplace and on the world wide web.

Working for both large and small organizations, I have experience in banking, grocery, government and retail. I also have considerable expertise in the exotic pet industry, which I am passionate about.

I have my own development environment consisting of a Linux Apache Web Server configured with PHP, MySQL, and Sendmail. I can host newly created web pages on my own server for you to evaluate during the design / development process, and when your website is ready for the world wide web, I would be pleased to host it for you on my HostICan account.

I am also an independent consultant, therefore, my rates are very competitive. When you are ready, I would like to discuss your project with you free of charge.
